Eyak Lake Paddle Races: July 1, 2023

Join us for the 1st ever CRWP Eyak Lake Paddle Races this summer! This race is an opportunity to celebrate an amazing waterbody in Cordova – Eyak Lake! CRWP is currently investing funding in several active projects on Eyak Lake which include replacing the failing weir, surveying spawning and rearing habitat for the first time in 13 years, developing an interactive ecological database for research conducted on Eyak Lake, and managing invasive plants. All of this is because fish are crucial to our community and Eyak Lake is essential fish habitat.
