Cedar Planked White King Salmon by Doug Baily
Directions:
Catch a White King Salmon, preferably in the winter. Filet it and share with friends and neighbors. Then soak a cedar fence board the length of the piece of salmon you kept for your dinner in fresh cold water until soaked. Prepare your outdoor coals in a cooker that has a lid or cover. Put the salmon on the water-soaked wood and place in your cooker and close the lid. Cook until just starting to flake. Garnish with fresh cracked pepper and serve with a salad.
