Annual Invasive Species Workshop in Fairbanks

The Alaska Committee for Noxious and Invasive Plant Management (CNIPM) and the Alaska Invasive Species Working Group are holding their annual invasive species workshop this October. It will be located in Fairbanks at the Wedgwood Resort on October 25th – 27th. The workshop focuses on invasive species  management within Alaska. Speakers from universities, federal and state offices, and environmental organizations will present current management issues and emerging invasive species science. The workshop typically draws 100 to 150 participants.
