Join us September 29, 2012 for a Salmon Enchanted Evening!
Seattle's own four star seafood restaurant, The Flying Fish, will host a private event to benefit the Copper River Watershed Project. Chef Owner Christine Keff and her staff will expertly prepare fresh Copper River coho salmon for your enjoyment, and guests will become acquainted with the Copper River Watershed and the importance of preserving the habitat in which these fish thrive.
Tickets are $80/person, with wine or beer and dessert included. Seating is limited to 35.
